DATA AND PRIVACY
VOLT Athletics is a demonstration brand. The trial form collects your name, phone number, preferred club, discipline, starting date and trainer preference so the team can contact you. The assessment form stores your name, phone number and consent to contact you; it does not store height, weight, age or calculation results. The estimate is for adults and is for reference only.
MEMBERSHIP AND PAYMENT
Published plans cover one, six or twelve months. Prices are demonstration amounts for a complete payment cycle, not monthly instalments. Gym and published Mat group classes are included under the plan conditions; private PT and Reformer require a separate fee agreed in advance. Check the membership and checkout pages for the current full-cycle amount.
RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION
Payment at the club creates a pending order and does not automatically charge a card. An authorised member of staff must confirm actual payment before activation. Configured Stripe subscriptions collect the full amount at the selected cycle until renewal is cancelled. You may request cancellation of future renewal from your account before the next cycle; paid access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund requests are reviewed by the club under the conditions supplied before purchase.
RETENTION AND REQUESTS
Orders store account, contact, plan, price, status and payment-reference information. Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by this website. Authorised staff and the account owner can see the relevant private records. The club should review unused leads after 90 days and remove or anonymise records when there is no remaining purpose. Contact hello@volt.example about access or erasure; outstanding payment obligations must be resolved before associated billing records can be removed.
TRIAL CONDITIONS
The seven-day trial is for new visitors aged 20 or older, once per person. Registration requests confirmation rather than automatically reserving a place. No payment card is needed. The team must confirm times, capacity and first-visit instructions. Club locations, trainers, classes and prices on this demonstration website need to be replaced with verified business data before commercial use.
